In order to give our best possible customer service we may collect some of our client’s personal information. This information will only be used in ways which our clients consent to. Clients under the age of 16 will only have personal information kept if consent is given by a parent or guardian.

In order to receive these offers clients must sign a consent form at the salon to say that they are happy to receive marketing from us. Clients can also opt out of marketing at any time.
Client record cards containing any personal information will be kept securely locked in a file within the salon and securely on our online booking system. These can only be accessed by staff. Records will be kept for up to two years after a client’s last visit, with the exception of payment transaction information which will be kept for 6 years.
