A minimum of 24 hours notice is required on all cancellations, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of 50% and further bookings will not be taken until fee has been paid.
A non-refundable and only once transferable deposit of 20% is required on all bookings. Your booking will not be confirmed until deposit has been processed. This amount will count as a pre payment towards your total cost.
We may request a patch test to be taken a minimum of 48 hours prior to some hair and beauty treatments this also includes if you have had a treatment else where. If you have not had a treatment by AP Hair and Beauty within six months a further patch test will be required.

You will receive 15% off a single full priced treatment on your tenth visit. The discount will be applied to the treatment you have most of. Excludes semi permanent makeup.
